Job Summary:

Manpower UK Ltd is seeking a skilled Production Machine Operator to join our team at the Rotherham site. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Aro machines, ensuring high-quality production and minimizing waste.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Aro machines in accordance with specified safe systems of work (SSOW) to achieve optimal production rates and minimize rejects.
Perform start-up processes to ensure machines run smoothly and efficiently, with minimal waste and maximum productivity.
Maintain accurate records of production and quality control, including inputting data into the SAP system.
Implement effective cleaning and maintenance schedules to retain machine condition and ensure compliance with relevant SSOWs.
Assist with other machines as required, under the guidance of production management and in accordance with SSOWs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in operating Aro machines or similar equipment.
Strong understanding of safe systems of work (SSOW) and ability to work safely and efficiently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to maintain accurate records and input data into the SAP system.
Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures, with ability to implement schedules as required.
