**Job Summary**

The Therapy Leader will be instrumental in promoting health and independence by delivering high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions. You will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to the wider multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain specialist occupational therapy skills in areas such as occupational engagement, environmental adaptation, and skill development. You will also be responsible for managing a designated caseload, completing assessments, planning, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans.
