About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the store's day-to-day operations and will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers with product selection, providing product knowledge and advice, operating the cash register and handling transactions, maintaining the store's visual presentation and stock levels, and assisting with stock replenishment and inventory checks.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems.
