Job Description:
This role involves supporting families experiencing complex difficulties, implementing parenting interventions, and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults. As a Care Manager, you will have a significant impact on the lives of families and individuals, making a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Implement parenting interventions and support parents to develop essential skills
* Support families with daily living tasks, attending appointments, and activities
* Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and vulnerable adults
* Mentor and develop less experienced staff

Requirements:
Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce Diploma or equivalent qualification
Management qualification preferred
Excellent communication skills and empathy
Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly
Leadership qualities and experience of mentoring and supporting less experienced staff

Salary and Benefits:
£29,720 - £37,852.80 per annum (inclusive of 4 sleep-ins per month)
