Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team as a Plumbing Maintenance Technician. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plumbing systems and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, including tap and toilet repairs, leak investigations, and installation and maintenance of plumbing fixtures.
  • Use our management software to update the status of all works completed.
  • Report any additional or supplementary works to the management team.
  • Undertake a range of works from tap and toilet repairs to leak investigations.
  • Install and maintain any forms of plumbing.
  • Perform all general plumbing tasks.
  • Respond to emergency repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service, with excellent communication skills.
  • Perform any other duties deemed reasonable for the role.

Requirements

  • Qualified to Level 3 in Domestic Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent).
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in plumbing maintenance.
  • Strong body of work experience in plumbing maintenance.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in plumbing maintenance.
  • Excellent timekeeping and presentable and professional manner.
