Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Joiner to join our team on a temporary contract basis. As a Joiner, you will play a pivotal role in various projects, including fit-out, refurbishment, maintenance, and repair work. This exciting opportunity is ideal for individuals with previous experience in Social Housing and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Fitting doors, windows, kitchens, and flooring
• Identifying and rectifying defects in void properties efficiently and effectively
• Working independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines
• Ensuring all work is conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Previous experience in Social Housing
• Residency in close proximity to our business operations
• NVQ certification
• CSCS Card
• Possession of a Valid Full Clean UK Driving License
• Strong communication skills
