About the Role: KM Recruitment is looking for a skilled Internal Verifier / IQA to join our team. As an Internal Verifier / IQA, you will be responsible for ensuring that our apprenticeship training programmes meet the highest standards. You will work closely with our team of assessors to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences, and to drive continuous quality improvement.

Job Requirements:
  • Experience of working as an IQA for Health and Social Care Apprenticeships, up to Level 5.
  • Hold a recognised Internal Quality Assurance award (D34, V1, IQA, TAQA L4).
  • Occupational competency in care, at management level.
  • Ideally hold own NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Full, clean, UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel.
