We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Clinical Educator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who is looking for flexible working arrangements with a supportive employer.
Job OverviewThe John Radcliffe Hospital is a leading teaching hospital that provides a wide range of medical and surgical services. We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Clinical Educator to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. This role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to develop their career in critical care nursing and contribute to the education of our staff.
Main Duties- Deliver education programs to support staff and patient safety and experience.
- Supervise and manage clinical educators to promote effective working across the education team.
- Work with the local and corporate practice development teams to develop and implement education programs.
- Manage and lead education teams to deliver high-quality education programs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate education programs to ensure they meet the needs of our staff and patients.
- A post-registration qualification in Adult Intensive Care Nursing.
- Experience of coaching and designing, delivering, and evaluating education programs.
- Familiarity with common office software suites and the ability to effectively use them.
- Experience of managing and leading education teams.
- Able to identify the role of education in fulfilling our values and demonstrates a passion for education in this context.
- A PG Certificate in Education.
