About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker or Social Worker to join our MASH team, where you will play a critical role in assessing and determining the best course of action for families in need. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues from various backgrounds to deliver coordinated and effective support to families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with colleagues from health, education, and the police to deliver coordinated and effective support to families in need.
  • To assess and determine the best course of action for each family, always keeping the child's needs at the forefront.
  • To contribute to a positive and respectful team culture, ensuring that all staff feel valued and supported.

Requirements:

  • A recognized qualification in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working in a frontline social work role, preferably within a MASH team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A full driving license and willingness to drive, as some travel may be required.
  • DBS clearance and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
