Our Welding Trainer OpportunityMain Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality welding training programs that equip students, apprentices, and employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the welding industry.
- Ensure all training adheres to industry standards and safety regulations while fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Key Duties:
- Conduct theoretical and practical welding training sessions.
- Evaluate trainees' performance through tests and hands-on assessments.
- Maintain and set up welding equipment for training sessions.
- Track and document trainees' progress and attendance.
- Provide feedback and support to trainees.
Requirements:
- Certified Welder with recognised certification (e.g. AWS or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding, with proficiency in various techniques such as MIG, TIG, Stick, and Arc welding.
- Experience in training or teaching is highly desirable.
