Our Welding Trainer Opportunity

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality welding training programs that equip students, apprentices, and employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the welding industry.
  • Ensure all training adheres to industry standards and safety regulations while fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Key Duties:

  • Conduct theoretical and practical welding training sessions.
  • Evaluate trainees' performance through tests and hands-on assessments.
  • Maintain and set up welding equipment for training sessions.
  • Track and document trainees' progress and attendance.
  • Provide feedback and support to trainees.

Requirements:

  • Certified Welder with recognised certification (e.g. AWS or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding, with proficiency in various techniques such as MIG, TIG, Stick, and Arc welding.
  • Experience in training or teaching is highly desirable.
