About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Officer to join our team at Hewett Academy. As a Behaviour Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school's behaviour management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise pupils who have been removed from lessons and provide them with meaningful learning activities in the Reflection Room.
- Maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere in the Reflection Room and address any incidents of disruption promptly.
- Communicate with parents as needed to discuss their child's behaviour and provide updates on their progress.
- Support pupils in developing positive behaviours and attitudes towards staff and peers.
- Contribute to the monitoring and analysis of internal exclusion records to identify trends and areas for improvement.
