Job Description:

We are seeking a Complex Care Manager to lead our multidisciplinary team in providing specialist rehabilitation services to patients with complex neurological needs. As a key figure, you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex postural management plans, assessing disorders of consciousness, and managing Behaviours that Challenge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored postural management strategies
  • Conduct clinical assessments for disorders of consciousness
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to manage Behaviours that Challenge
  • Design and implement effective tracheostomy management and weaning plans
  • Establish and maintain patient-centered goals
  • Promote a culture of patient safety and human rights
Management Responsibilities:
  • Take a proactive role in service development and innovation
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff
  • Design and deliver training programs
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making
Requirements:
  • HCPC registration
  • Previous experience in neurorehabilitation
  • Tracheostomy training
  • Post-graduate qualifications in a neuro-specific field
Estimated Salary:

£65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience
