We are looking for a dedicated Dementia Care Kitchen Team Member to join our team at HC-One. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing of our residents by providing nutritious and healthy meals while adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene.

The ideal candidate will have some kitchen experience and hold either an NVQ2 in Catering or Food Preparation or be willing to study for one. Great record-keeping and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to follow recipes. Whenever communicating with residents or colleagues, kindness and consideration are paramount.

As a safeguarding champion, you will be responsible for recognising signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and reporting concerns.
