Job Opportunity: Cover Supervisor for Secondary Schools

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Cover Supervisor to work within Secondary Schools across the Bangor area.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes and ensuring the smooth running of lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Implement lesson plans and activities as directed by the regular teacher
  • Manage student behavior and maintain discipline
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Education or a related field
  • Experience working with children in a school setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
