Residential Conveyancing Specialist

As a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal at Yolk Recruitment, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional conveyancing services nationwide. This position involves managing a caseload of sale, purchase, and re-mortgage files under supervision.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage a mixed caseload of sale, purchase, and re-mortgage files under supervision, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Update clients and introducers on progress, maintaining clear and transparent communication throughout the process.
• Raise and respond to enquiries, providing detailed reports for clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Assist with pre-exchange and completion matters, guaranteeing smooth and seamless transactions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Paralegal within residential conveyancing, preferably with a strong understanding of sales, purchase, and re-mortgage processes.
• Ideally, a 2:1 law degree or equivalent qualification, demonstrating a solid foundation in property law.
• Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
