We're seeking a skilled Nights Team Member to provide exceptional overnight support to our guests at the Portsmouth (Havant) Premier Inn. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, while also providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to overnight guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues, adhering to health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and comfortable hotel environment, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and welcoming.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, supporting your career growth within Whitbread.
