Specialism: Real Estate Finance

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with strong IT skills, particularly in Outlook, Microsoft Excel/Word, and Data Rooms. The ideal candidate is already working in transactional real estate finance, preferably as a paralegal, legal secretary, or lending administration assistant.

Key responsibilities include preparing suites of banking documentation, maintaining good file management, and managing the completion process. This is a full-time role with a minimum of four days a week working in our offices at Kinetic Business Centre, Borehamwood, and occasional days at our offices at Cornhill, London.

The firm's innovative 'revenue share' model has helped to reshape the way that the law is practiced in the UK. Our Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Finance team is led by David Merson and Liz Roberts.
