Job Summary
Premea is seeking a skilled CMF Colour & Materials Designer to join our team in Warwickshire. As a key member of our design department, you will contribute to the development of sustainable and responsible colour and materials content for our premium automotive brand.

Responsibilities
This role involves researching trends, landscape shifts, and new ideas for next-generation vehicles. You will create vehicle line material strategies, develop new colours and materials, and realise concepts through digital and physical assets. Additionally, you will assist in designing, developing, and implementing colour and material design proposals that feed into Materiality strategies, concept cars, and vision properties.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a relevant design degree and proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and VRED. Experience in colour and material design application is also essential. Furthermore, you should be able to multi-task, work on several projects simultaneously, and possess excellent communication skills. A good understanding of product design, aesthetic judgement, colour vision, and colour perception is also required.

Estimated Salary: £38.50 per hour (Inside IR35), with hybrid potential. This contract-based role offers an exciting opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the growth of our luxury brand.
