Job Description
Your main responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service, processing daily online FX requests and deliveries, and implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards. You will also be expected to utilise your keen eye for detail and work efficiently with in-house systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have basic IT skills and be proficient in using computers and in-house systems. As a Travel Money Advisor, you will be required to undergo full training on our systems, however, having a basic understanding of IT will give you a great start.
