Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a primary school setting, preferably as a HLTA.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members.
  • The capacity to adapt to different teaching styles and year groups, ensuring a seamless and successful learning experience.
  • A valid enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one through Randstad Education.
  • Two recent professional references that demonstrate your capabilities and qualifications.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This position also comes with a range of benefits, including opportunities for career advancement and professional development within the Randstad Education network.
