About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Tissue Viability team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining high standards of care relating to tissue viability.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate prevention and management plans for patients with complex tissue viability needs.
- Provide education, support, and act as a resource for members of the multidisciplinary team, patients, and families with regard to wound management and tissue viability.
- Support clinical staff to implement the Trust Pressure Ulcer Prevention Strategy, ensuring high standards of practice are maintained.
- Support the process of accurate reporting and analysis of pressure ulcers, including investigation processes.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse on the NMC register.
