About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our Goxhill site in North Lincolnshire.

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and maintaining a safe working environment.

You will be hands-on with specialist machinery, troubleshooting and performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

This is a dynamic role that requires problem-solving skills and technical expertise, and you will be a key player contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our production processes.

You will have a varied role, using a variety of maintenance skills associated with being a fitter, fabricator, welder, and service engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running smoothly
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues
  • Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM) to prevent equipment failure
  • Work safely and follow health and safety best practices
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline
  • Experience working in manufacturing / factory environments
  • Strong health and safety knowledge and experience
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
