Job Description
">As an SEN tutor with 1st Staff, you will be working one-to-one with students in their homes or a local library. Your role will involve:
- Planning and delivering individualized sessions based on each child's needs
- Building a rapport with each student
The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with SEN/SEMH and challenging behaviors. You will also need to be able to deliver core subjects according to the individual's needs and have excellent behavior management skills.
