About the Role

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring that our high-quality tea products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with our production team to drive operational performance, deliver quality products, and continuously improve our processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient and safe production.
  • Collaborate with the production team to drive operational performance and achieve quality targets.
  • Identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner, involving the right people and resources as needed.
  • Accurately complete daily reports and analyze data to understand production efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the development of your colleagues through training and mentoring, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety and quality standards.
