About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Courtyard Care, a four-bed residential home for children aged 5-17 years with learning disabilities, challenging behavior, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Registered Manager in the running of the home, particularly in their absence.
  • Lead shifts and support the team to provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower young people to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Assist the Registered Manager with reviewing budgets, staff rotas, complaints, and relationship building with external regulatory bodies.

Requirements
