Security Team Member

About the Role:
As a Security Team Member at Haven, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular perimeter patrols, performing safety and fire equipment checks, and maintaining acceptable noise levels in and around caravans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular perimeter patrols to ensure the security of our resort
- Perform regular safety and fire equipment checks to ensure compliance with regulations
- Ensure guests' holidays are not disrupted by maintaining acceptable noise levels
- Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Check membership passes and complete control logs and reports

Experience and Qualifications:
You will be SIA licensed, preferably with experience within a similar role. You will be committed and focused on delivering a professional service, have good interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive attitude to customer care. We are looking for team players who will be happy to support late check-in's with other departments, such as housekeeping and reception.
