Job Description: Kenton Black Limited is seeking an accomplished Commercial Manager to spearhead their growth initiatives in Essex. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving commercial success by managing multiple projects, developing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring efficient project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and implementation of commercial strategies across various projects
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and QSs to foster a collaborative environment
  • Managing cash flow forecasts to support business expansion
  • Overseeing tendering and budget allocation processes with precision
  • Addressing disputes and legal matters promptly and effectively

Requirements:

  • Significant dry lining experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects
  • Outstanding leadership and delegation abilities, with a focus on driving team performance
  • Strong expertise in tendering and budget allocation processes
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and manage complex cash flow forecasts
  • Effective dispute resolution and legal knowledge

Compensation Information: The estimated annual salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000, contingent upon experience and performance. Additional benefits may include bonuses or professional development opportunities.
