Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing contract specifications, drawings, and related documents

  • Issuing and closing out Requests For Information
  • Chairing design team meetings and leading the process with consultants and subcontract designers
  • Submitting design information to the client team
  • Ensuring BREEAM compliance where required on projects
  • Coordinating the submission of information to satisfy Building Control compliance
  • Interface with the Principal Designer
  • Providing design and technical support to project management teams
  • Reviewing and offering advice on value engineering opportunities
