Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at YOUR Personal Training UK. As a Hybrid PT, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional fitness services and customer experiences.

  • Develop personalized fitness programs tailored to individual member needs.
  • Engage with members on classes, events, promotions, and gym challenges to foster a supportive community.
  • A minimum Level 3 PT Qualification is required for this role.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive annual salary of £28,000 - £38,000, allowing you to retain 100% of your PT income earnings. Our proven success strategy ensures a sustainable business model with low fees, capped PT capacity, and career progression opportunities.
