Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment for snow clearing and gritting operations, ensuring safety and accessibility for businesses during winter.
- Support our operations as a delivery partner or collaborate with us if you own a gritting business.
- Responsibilities include driving, fuelling, loading salt, and cleaning the gritter at the start and end of each route.
- Remain on standby throughout the winter season, with punctuality being crucial.
- Complete gritting on assigned routes and manage related tasks, such as washing vehicles, fueling, and maintaining accurate records.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
- Valid Driver's Licence.
- Strong and reliable work ethic.
- Ability to work night shifts and be available throughout the winter season.
- Flexibility to be called out to re-grit.
- Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions without restriction.
- Preferably reside within a 45-minute commute from our specified locations.
