The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of civil engineering and construction principles, with a minimum of 5 years of setting out experience. They will work closely with designers and engineers to ensure accurate project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality setting out data from various formats, including AutoCAD
- Work collaboratively with site plans, drawings, and building information models
- Resolve technical issues and communicate effectively with design teams
- Apply expertise in GPS and Robotic Total Station operations
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in setting out for housing, construction, or civil engineering projects
- Degree or HNC/D in a relevant field of Civil Engineering/Construction
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on experience, for a contract period of approximately 9-12 weeks.
