Vehicle Repair Efficiency Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Vehicle Repair Efficiency Manager to join our team at Activate Group Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced body shop environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient repair processes to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Work closely with Bodyshop Managers to ensure effective capacity planning and meet customer service level agreements (SLAs) and site key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage customer complaints and provide comprehensive explanations for warranty claims.
- Monitor and analyze repair data to identify areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in vehicle repair or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A basic salary of approximately £45,000 per annum, plus bonus opportunities and great benefits.
