We're on a mission to make a big green dent in the universe, and we need talented individuals like you to join us. As a Plumber at Octopus Energy Services, you'll play a crucial role in installing our Air Source Heat Pumps and helping us achieve our vision.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our installation engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for:

  • Installing low-carbon technology in customers' homes, starting with Air Source Heat Pumps
  • Using your knowledge and experience of domestic heating and plumbing systems to prepare and install unvented cylinders, pipework, and radiators
  • Planning and communicating with the wider team and customers
  • Continuously learning about new technologies at our innovative R&D training centre
What We're Looking For

We're seeking passionate individuals with a strong background in plumbing and heating systems. If you have:

  • NVQ Level 2 plumbing qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Plenty of experience on the 'wet' side of domestic heating systems
  • A full UK driving license with no more than 6 points

We'd love to hear from you if you have a laser customer focus, a proactive attitude, and a keen eye for detail. Bonus points if you have experience with WRAS Water Supply Regs or UHW10/HWSS Unvented DHW Storage Systems.
