Caregiver Coordinator

HC-One is seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Residential Care Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Residential Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain accurate records of care provided and build strong relationships with colleagues
• Lead a team of caregivers, promoting high standards of care and influencing others
• Assist Registered Nurses and Care Managers in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care or equivalent
• Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia
• Brilliant positive energy and natural ability to get along with people
• Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
