About the Role
We are seeking a talented Retail Artist to join our team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing personalized makeup consultations, and showcasing our market-leading products.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, ensuring each customer has a unique and memorable experience
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including ingredients, features, and benefits
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store looks its best at all times
Requirements
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
• Passion for people and delivering exceptional customer service
• Approachable and friendly personality, with excellent communication skills
• Flexible availability across days and hours, with a willingness to work as part of a dynamic team
• Previous retail or makeup experience is desirable but not essential
