About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Planner to join our Engineering team at The Ned. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning and prioritizing the demanding jobs of the engineering team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prioritize engineering tasks to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency
  • Balance reactive and preventative jobs to ensure optimal facility maintenance
  • Communicate effectively with the engineering team and other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Support engineers in using job management software to optimize efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and logs to ensure audit readiness and compliance
