MTrec Technical is proud to represent a prestigious manufacturing client in Northwich, supporting their growth and internal expansion plans. We are seeking a skilled Lubrication Coordinator to join their team, responsible for providing on-site fluid management and condition monitoring services.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all on-site activities, ensuring efficient and safe operations
• Apply, change, and top up lubricants and fluids within plant equipment and machinery
• Work to an agreed planned maintenance schedule, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
• Manage the waste stream, safely disposing of waste off-site
• Report using the company's in-house IT system, providing accurate and timely updates
• Liaise with customers, attending and assisting in meetings as required
• Adhere to strict practices and procedures, including 5S and H&S guidelines
Requirements
• Previous experience in the manufacturing, engineering, or chemical industry
• Essential experience in coordinating small-scale projects, with a strong focus on time management and attention to detail
• Proficiency in IT, with the ability to create reports and present findings
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Previous experience as a machine operator or team leader is desirable
