About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join our team at MTrec Technical Careers. As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for setting up and running jobs using information from engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality products.
  • Ensuring machine safety guidelines are being followed and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Monitoring product standards and supporting quality-control procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Maximising productivity and minimising downtime of machines to meet production targets.
  • Providing daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and analysis as required.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping are maintained throughout the machine shop.

Working Arrangements

This is a permanent position working a 2-shift system, with a 4-day week (Monday-Thursday). A shift premium is included in the salary.
