About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Manager to join our Commissioning Management team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a comprehensive content calendar, aligning workflows across various departments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across all verticals.
  • Align workflows across Media, Design Studio, Marketing, Content, Editorial, and Sales departments.
  • Collaborate with Senior Commissioning Managers to review and analyze data to measure performance and efficiency.
  • Manage freelancer capacity and organization to meet content peaks and employee annual leave.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to showcase business topics and present findings to Senior Commissioning Managers.
Requirements
  • Ability to plan and manage a content calendar effectively.
  • Project management skills - mid-level.
  • Data analysis skills to measure performance and efficiency.
  • Organizing and planning workflow systems.
