### Job Title: Brand Consultant/Senior Brand Consultant

### Job Type: Permanent
### Location: Remote Role (UK Wide)

#### Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert advice on reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance, particularly for internationally mobile individuals.

* Offer global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation, especially for internationally mobile individuals.

* Ensure cross-border equity and cash income tax and social security calculation compliance and consulting services, leveraging technology for such work.

* Prepare global payroll reports to guarantee clients meet their reporting and withholding obligations on long-term incentive awards for internationally mobile individuals, such as RSUs, share options, and cash bonuses.

#### Requirements:

* Essential experience in reward equity gained within a corporate or consulting environment.

* Highly desirable additional global mobility, compensation, payroll, and taxation experience.

* Excellent customer and client relationship skills, meeting the highest standards of service.
