Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and review health and safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide guidance and support to site teams on all health and safety matters.
Deliver training and toolbox talks to site staff and subcontractors.
Maintain and update health and safety management systems and documentation.
Liaise with site management and project teams to ensure health and safety is integrated into all project planning and operations.
Report on health and safety performance to senior management and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety.
Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction health and safety legislation and best practices.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
