About Us:

We are an experienced 5 vet team, led by practice owner and Vet Helen. With vets from 5 years to 20 years graduated, we enjoy a lot of case discussion and support is never far away. Our vets work alongside a fantastic nursing team consisting of 6 RVNs and 2 SVNs, who are encouraged to utilise their skills as much as possible, which means our days run as smoothly as possible.

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly and experienced team. We are looking for a full time RVN on a FTC for 12 months but this could become a permanent role. However, we appreciate full time is not for everyone, so part time can be considered. Our nurses work one in six Saturdays, 9-5 Saturdays with no out of hours or Sundays. The working day is 8am – 7pm.

Requirements:

  • Good experience of the veterinary nursing role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to be an effective team player
  • Systematic approach when making decisions
  • Ability to carry out the role effectively with planning and organisation
