Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Alumni and Development office at St Catharine's College, University of Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our digital and print communications programme, ensuring that relevant alumni information is engaging and relevant both online and in print.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic communications plan to engage with alumni and promote the College's priorities.
  • Organise and evaluate events, produce compelling communications, and build strong internal and external networks.
  • Work closely with the Development team to ensure effective communication of the College's fundraising goals and activities.
  • Manage the College's digital presence, including social media and email communications.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in communications, event management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work professionally with people from all walks of life.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary in the region of £37,000 - £40,000 FTE, depending on skills and experience.
