About the Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant at MAK Jobs LTD, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within your sector. This will involve understanding clients' hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. You will also be responsible for resourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates, as well as maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within your sector
• Understand clients' hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Resource, screen, and place qualified candidates
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and candidates
• Ensure a high level of service to meet client expectations and candidate satisfaction

About You:

We are looking for a highly organised and goal-oriented individual with a proven track record in recruitment and sales. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. You will also have a strong business development skills with a track record of generating new business.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of up to £33,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission. You will also have access to a pool car, career progression opportunities, gym membership, and a company uniform.
