About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Social Enterprise Coordinator to support the delivery of engaging sessions and activities for young people in South West Edinburgh.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Lead to foster partnerships with local and specialist organisations, ensuring the effective implementation of our programs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver programs that promote integration and inclusion among young people, in collaboration with the Project Lead.
  • Consult with young people to ensure their needs and preferences are at the forefront of planning.
  • Maintain effective relationships with partner organisations to enhance program effectiveness.
Essential Skills

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A deep understanding of community development principles and social enterprise practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer

This fixed-term position provides a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, along with the opportunity to work with a reputable charity organisation making a positive impact on the lives of young people in need.
