We're looking for a friendly and approachable individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member. As a key member of our reception and café team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the smooth running of our reception and café areas
  • Help create a welcoming and professional environment
  • Provide efficient and effective customer service
  • Support the café team with food and drink preparation and service
  • Be flexible with hours worked, including earlies, lates, and weekends
