Catering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to join our team in Rochdale. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients and customers, while guiding and motivating your team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 40 staff members, including 4 direct reports, to deliver high-quality food and service to 3000 customers on site.
- Prepare and present delicious, high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and front-of-house areas.
- Ensure the correct use of kitchen machinery and equipment, and comply with food handling and hygiene standards.
- Manage stock levels and ordering to ensure efficient operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including lunch, dinner, vending, and night shift feeding.
- Proven experience in contract catering within a business and industry (B&I) environment.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Business management skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
