Job Overview
Meridian Business Support Limited is seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join its Bridgwater site. As a key member of the production team, you will operate automated guided vehicles and drive Very Narrow Aisle trucks to manoeuvre products ready for shipment.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect an annual salary of £28,277.86, with overtime paid at £19.41 per hour. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive 22 days holiday, plus benefits such as an enhanced pension, free drinks and ice pops, onsite parking, and wellbeing and counselling services.

Key Responsibilities
As a Forklift Driver, your primary duties will include operating equipment, managing raw materials, reporting non-conformances, and working collaboratively with the production team. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an in-date Reach FLT licence or VNA Licence. If your licence is in-house or expired, Meridian Business Support Limited can provide training and cover the cost to get your licence renewed. Additionally, you should possess problem-solving skills, be a team player, and have a keen eye for detail.
