Reinstatement Operations Coordinator

As a Reinstatement Scheduler with Network Plus Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reinstatement activities. Your primary responsibility will be to maximize work schedules for our teams, ensuring that works are completed within time and KPI measures are met.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan the reinstatement of excavations in accordance with current notice duration and other activities serviced by operational teams.
• Utilize relevant systems to plan resources effectively.
• Manage reactive planning of emergency work.
• Liaise with contract management teams and operatives to ensure client SLAs are met.
Requirements
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively.
• Excellent computer skills, with a focus on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Previous planner experience is ideal, as is experience in a similar role within the utilities industry.
