Job Title: Residential Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Care Professional. This role is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading provider of luxury residential and specialist care, Signature Careers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing at all times. They will be working as part of a team with a small resident-to-staff ratio, enabling the highest standards of care to be delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering person-centred care to residents in line with their care plans
  • Providing support with daily living activities, such as mobility, food and fluid intake, and personal care
  • Assisting residents with their goals and objectives, promoting independence and autonomy
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic IT skills
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £14.42 per hour for weekdays and £15.42 per hour for weekends
  • Enhanced pay rate for night shifts: £1 per hour
  • Travel expenses paid: 45p per mile
  • Shift times: short shifts (early and late), long days or nights
  • Part-time/full-time day/night shifts available
  • Up to 30 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays, depending on length of service
